At least three (3) years of experience in broadcasting or digital production. Additional Qualifications:Bachelor's degree is preferably in audio/visual communications, design, multimedia production or journalism. Previous experience in sports production desired. Must have outstanding organizational, communication, writing, and interpersonal skills. Should have strong knowledge of current and emergent audio/video technologies, live streaming, multimedia communications and video production. Advanced experience in video board operations and computer programs such as Adobe Creative Cloud and NewTek platforms desirable. Should be familiar with web technologies, including basic HTML and content management tools. Must be able to work independently.

Ability and willingness to work in extreme weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).

Evening and weekend work, as well as occasional travel,required. You will work closely with both the communications and marketing groups to promote the mission and goals of the department by producing high-level broad-range multimedia feature content for national, regional and local distribution. You will help tell the story of the University's student-athletes and coaches by producing live broadcasts of home events and assisting in the production of video board shows. Constituents include prospective student-athletes; game-day attendees; alumni/ae; fans; and the entire University community. This position greatly enhances both the external and internal image of the Department. You will also plan and direct live broadcasts of home athletic events, as well as select external events held at Athletics facilities. You will hire, train and supervise a contingent workforce of game-day staff.
