The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Earned Value Management (EVM) team. In addition be a subject matter expert and perform all aspects of Earned Value Management.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Perform all aspects of Earned Value Management.

  • Conduct analysis and provide advice regarding EVM tools and principles.

  • Collect and analyze cost performance data reports in order to identify cost, schedule, and performance trends and deviations and recommend corrective action.

  • Assist the Contractor to achieve certification of their EVM system.

  • Participate in working groups or IPTs.

  • Assist with planning and execution of the Integrated Baseline Review (IBR).

  • Additional duties commensurate with position roles and responsibilities may be required by specific customers.

  • Ability to proactively establish priorities, execute responsibilities with minimal supervision, and meet deadlines in a high‐pressured environment.

  • Function as the Strategic Systems stakeholder in the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) process.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related analyst experience in defense, high tech or federal contracting

  • Ability to obtain Security clearance

  • Excellent financial analysis skills, familiarity with principles of financial tracking, program planning, and scheduling, competency in Micro-Soft Project.

  • Ability to utilize Excel for data analysis, model creation and manipulation, versed in using advanced Excel functionalities in conjunction with integrated business and financial systems (i.e., PeopleSoft and Data Warehouse)

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Strong leadership skills, confidence in their ability to work independently with efficiency and effectiveness

  • Depth of knowledge in FAR and DFAR clauses associated with government contracts.

  • Must demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and ability to think critically and independently in a fast paced environment

  • Applicants selected for this position will be required to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
