Proven experience developing creative solutions with a focus on continuous deployment and iteration.
Using GitHub Source Control software.
Development in an AGILE environment.
Knowledge of statistics and data science to apply machine learning to analyze real world problem.

This position reports to the Program Director for Technology.
Specific roles and responsibilities include:
Develop, test, and deploy software applications.
Provide primary development support for the public website and internal applications.
Work with business owners to define release schedule for software projects.
Understands technical and functional design requirements.
Provide effort estimates and assist in the development of project timelines.
Work with program managers to construct solutions that meet the define requirements.
Advises, teaches and provides guidance and support in the use and trains users on hardware systems and software applications.
Communicate project status and remove any blocker that would impact project schedules.
