About this role – Global Practice Lead, D&I Solutions

You will be part of theIndustry SolutionsEnterprise FunctionsTeamand Diversity and Inclusion solutions practice.In this role, you will leverage your HR technology solutions experience to engage with our top customersand demonstrate how they can leverage technology to drive a more diverse and inclusive culture for their organization.

  • Work well in challenging situations while exhibiting flexibility and the ability to tolerate and manage through ambiguity and uncertainty

  • Identify emerging trends or re-occurring escalation scenarios and drive engineering opportunities to mitigate and/or eliminate them.


Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 8+ years' experience providing HR technology solutions in a global enterprise.

  • OR equivalent experience

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 15+ years' experience providing HR technology solutions in a global enterprise.

  • OR equivalent experience.

  • Master's or Doctorate Degree in relevant customer industry or 6+ years' experience in relevant customer industry.

  • 6+ years' experience using technology to drive customer business outcomes.

  • 10+years' experienceas an entrepreneur,incubation, orinnovationaccelerators,and inbuilding solutionsto drive customer business outcomes.

  • Demonstrated experience designing and building solutions tofoster a more diverse and inclusive culture for their organizationusing technology.

  • Experience in C-level engagement, executive engagement, marketing, strategy.

  • Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity, complex environments, project management and strategic programs.

  • Experience with leading user centered design workshops and enabling tools.

  • Understanding and demonstrated experience with Microsoft technologies such as Teams, O365/Graph,and a breadth of Azure services or competitive solutions.

  • Broad understanding of technology, including current and emerging digital solutions across applications & analytics.

  • Strong presence, collaboration, and communication skills to connect and align with leaders and practitioners at many levels (leadership to IC engineer) across many disciplines (business to technical)

  • Proven results in a complex, multi-site, multi-stakeholder environment; and who loves the creativity, energy, and enthusiasm of a fast, collaborative, innovative team.

  • Ability to enable others. Use by using an inclusive approach to stakeholder engagement, teamwork, and problem-solving by welcoming diverse points of view, leveraging the talent of others, and searching for new, holistic solutions.

  • Ability to build frameworks that guide consistent decision making and allocation of resources with an emphasis on prioritization.

Location/Travel: You may be based anywhere in the United States. You can expect limited global travel, 0 – 25%, contingent upon Covid-19 restrictions.

The salary for this role in the state of Colorado is between $150,800 to $226,000.

At Microsoft, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
