Kelly Services Graphic Designer in Cambridge, Massachusetts
Our client, a top 15 Pharmaceutical company in the world, is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a 4+ month temporary position with the opportunity for an extension. The position is located in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

The hours for this position are as follows
- Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay Rate= $45.00-$55.50/hour
Start Date= January 7th 2019
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
Provide design expertise and project management support for critical annual forum (Oncology)
Collaborate with the Visual Communications/Brand Team and ensure the brands, corporate graphics and core values are represented and maintained across all materials
Manage overall timeline for graphic materials including securing content from all sources
Design and creation of graphic materials for the event, including logos, templates, Meeting Program, newsletters, decorative signage, etc.
Design and creation of 3-5 executive presentations
Design consultation / guidance / assistance for presenters and poster authors
Ensure technical accuracy of design projects handed off to commercial printers
Manage print production process
Work with internal Visual Communications team to ensure branding is properly represented on all Meeting materials
You are required to have a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design with 4+ years of work experience. You will also have excellent communication skills, conceptual skills, design skills, be organized and a self-starter. You are required to have Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, PhotoShop, InDesign) and MS Office product experience. If you have cross platform expertise between MAC & PC that would be a strong asset. Having a background in Oncology is a plus.
