Microsoft Corporation Group Program Manager in Cambridge, Massachusetts

The Customer Insights team is an open, fun, and diverse team that is building the leading Customer Data Platform (CDP), Consent, and Data Integration solutions with AI powered insights and analytics that the most forward-thinking brands in the world trust.

We are looking for a Group Program Manager with a passion for growing great teams, driving clarity and energy around product development, and experience in the customer data space. This role will lead the development of the next generation of our successful Customer Data Platform, helping marketers, IT organizations and stakeholders across organizations understand and personalize for their customer. You’ll run a team of skilled Product Managers that have already delivered successful products in this group and beyond, and partner with teams across the organization to deliver value for our customers.


• Lead and manage a team of PMs in different career stages and drive an energized, fun, psychologically safe culture

• Turn strategy into action: Create clarity and energy for the planning and execution process that will help us win the Customer Data Platform market

• Own and drive relationships with partner teams across Insights Apps and Business Apps groups

• Work close with your Engineering, Design and other partner teams to successfully deliver product features end to end

• Be one of the external and cross-Microsoft faces of the product, helping create advocates and collateral for Microsoft events like Ignite


Required Qualifactions:

• 10-12 years in program/product management with end-user facing products and significant direct customer interaction

• 5+ years’ experience with marketing and/or customer data products

• 8+ years as a people leader with a track record of growing individuals and leveling up teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Comfort working with organizations at the executive level

• Great written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organization and project management skills

• Ability to deal with ambiguity and to identify, assess, and solve problems quickly and frequently

• Ability to pitch and land new approaches and ideas at a Division leadership level

For candidates in Colorado: The salary range for this role is from $208,201 to $237,600.
