HawkinsPointPartners Human Resources Business Process Manager in Cambridge, Massachusetts

Hawkins Point Partners has an immediate need on its Cambridge, Massachusetts team for a Human Resources Capability-Business Process Consultant. This position requires a senior technology systems management skill in HR- supporting the tracking and management systems. This role requires a strong technical foundation along with expertise guiding business teams through Human Resource (HR) organizational capability buildouts. The ideal candidate will manage, track the development/enhancements of HR business process definition. This person will provide analysis to the on boarding and off boarding procedures including HR support systems. This ideal candidate will be able to create an HR operational model definition, support system software implementations, facilitate end user training, and provide communication/change management. This person will have a strong HR foundation with experience with the on and offboarding of company resources, candidate sourcing, purchase to pay processes, and the management of SOPs/Process Mapping and technical writing.

Core Requirements:

  • Human Resource (HR) systems business analyst/project manager with experience supporting HR Systems issue, risk and decision tracking, project status reporting and project planning.

  • Project management skills include timeline tracking, stakeholder management/change management, and vendor management.

  • Ability to document business process maps, HR business procedure documentation, Information Technology Software Development Life Cycle project documentation, training materials, and communication materials.

  • Experience managing and implementing the On and Offboarding company resources.

  • Experience with support software including Purchase to Pay (P to P) processes, and Management of SOPs/Process Mapping/Technical Writing.

  • Vendor relationship management-ability to review vendor procedures from sourcing to process of invoices and payment process.

  • Role reports to executive level, must have strong customer facing skills.

  • PMP certification is a plus.
