IT REPRESENTATIVE, E-SERVICES/DATA PROCESSING, MIT Federal Credit Union, to run the Credit Union’s in-house computer system and electronic services programs. Will act as a liaison between MITFCU staff and e-services/data processing third-party vendors; run reports against the in-house core banking application system as well as e-services statistical reporting; and provide tier-2 support to members for e-services products and monitor e-channels for suspicious activity. Other duties include performing various daily and monthly data processing tasks; participating in-house core banking application upgrades; opening tickets and following up with vendors for issues that require escalation; acting as a liaison between MITFCU and e-services and data processing vendors; maintaining awareness of enhancements to e-services and providing training/communication to staff and members; performing daily functions associated with managing e-services programs, e.g., resetting pins, monitoring funds transfer registrations for non-authorized accounts, CashEdge reclamations, and responding to fraud monitoring requests; obtaining and maintaining statistical and audit reports for all e-services; monitoring bad login and other identified reports to identify suspicious activity; communicating service interruptions to staff; ensuring documentation for supported browsers and mobile devices are up-to-date; maintaining PSCU scripts for e-services; monitoring open cases in Bill Pay CST and following up with members; reviewing reports and charge fees for Bill Pay stop payments; reaching out to members about bad registration attempts via internet banking; and creating and revising department policies/procedures.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: high school diploma or its equivalent; three years’ relevant financial services experience, preferably in back-office operations.
