IT/OPERATIONS SUPPORT SPECIALIST, MIT Federal Credit Union (MITFCU), to run and ensure the security of the Credit Union’s in-house computer systems, perform upgrades, write reports, and support members and employees with IT technical assistance using an approach that is a blend of customer service, technical expertise, and an understanding of needs and expectations.
REQUIRED: high school diploma or its equivalent; at least five years’ computer user support experience; working knowledge of common software applications and processes; experience troubleshooting and maintaining PCs in a Windows environment; and ability to maneuver under desks in order to fix/install equipment.
