Sanofi Group Manager, RBD Patient Services Data and Systems in Cambridge, Massachusetts

Job Description:

The Manager of RBD Patient Services Data & Systems primary focus will be the data steward and data privacy champion of our PRM systems. The manager will be responsible for RBD PSS data integrity, collaborating with cross functional stakeholders daily, ensuring all data integrations are meeting compliance and security standards. The manager is responsible maintenance of the RBD PSS data to align with strategic business goals and data governance policies and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify data quality issues such as duplicates, inconsistencies, and data gaps, and causes through profiling reviews and root cause analysis.

  • Acts as Data Privacy Champion for RBD Patient Services ensure SOPs and Processes follow Sanofi policy and data governance.

  • Assessing and planning for downstream impact of data with new system integrations.

  • Work with Data teams, business, and end users to develop data protocols and process guidelines.

  • Ensure adherence to data privacy policy, attending meetings, preparing reports

  • Confirm data layouts and data retention development is consistent with all integrations

  • Develop work instructions for quality data entry into CRM, collaborate with PSS Subject matter experts as needed to assist with training on Work Instructions

  • Submit new data elements change requests and certification requests to business owners and IT

  • Review and submit production issue requests to IT and work with IT team and users for quick resolution with end users.

  • Participate in daily scrum and Agile meetings as data matter expert to ensure development meets the business needs.

  • Strong communication skills, working as an independent contributor as well as collaborative in team environments

  • Structured approach to work with solid organizational skills.

  • Coordinate with data management and data warehouse teams to ensure insights are based on reliable, high-quality information

  • Drive holistic approach to platform evolution which addresses people, process, and technology.

Experience Required:

  • Working with data systems supporting patient services business and end users using Veeva, Salesforce /health cloud platforms

  • Analytical skills with proficiency in a broad range of data analysis SQL, and intelligence generation

  • Advanced experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)

  • Must have analytical skills and working experience using analytics tools: Tableau, Power BI, SQL workbench

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology or another closely related field.

  • 3+ years of Commercial or Patient Analytics/Forecasting/Reporting

  • Cambridge MA based position, no relocation available
