Resource needed to provide technical support for the Connected Workplace / Office 365 project.

Overview:

  • Provide Level 1-2 support for Connected Workplace Pilot deployment

  • Man the pop-up Kiosk or booth for a few hours per day to support pilot users – Kiosk booth will be open approximately 2-3 days / week; 4-5 hours / day

  • Balance of time will be spent working and updating incident tickets as well as escalations
