Microsoft Corporation Power Platform Software Engineer, Customer Experience Team in Cambridge, Massachusetts

Do you love creating Power Apps and utilizing the full Power Platform stack? If you do, the Microsoft Customer Experience Team (CET) is looking for you! Your solutions will support critical Microsoft customer facing engagements including; the Executive Briefing Program, CEO Co-innovation, Industry Experience Center, Datacenter Engagement, Experience Centers, Executive Sponsorship and the Microsoft Technology Centers. We are looking for a Software Engineer with demonstrated experience using the Power Platform to integrate within the Microsoft Cloud of solutions.


  • Work directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and create solutions using agile methods to solve them

  • Lead user centered design sessions with internal stakeholders to determine needs

  • Create wireframes and review with critical stakeholders to gain buy-in

  • Create solutions to customer needs leveraging primarily the Power Platform/Power Apps framework

  • Provide on-going support of applications created


  • Strong understanding and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Azure Services and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365

  • 3+ years experience in information technology, development, computer science, and/or engineering roles; or related experience

  • Experience with leading user-centered design workshops and enabling tools

  • Broad understanding of technology, including current and emerging digital solutions across applications & analytics

  • Strong presence, collaboration and communication skills to connect and align with leaders and practitioners at many levels (leadership to IC engineer) across many disciplines (business to technical)

  • Can thrive and drive results in a complex, multi-site, multi-stakeholder environment; and who loves the creativity, energy, and enthusiasm of a fast, collaborative, innovative team
