You’ll work in a focused team collaborating with large internal and external partners in healthcare. Bouncing ideas around, formulating plans, and charting the path forward for the future of healthcare.

Understand and define requirements, IT and business priorities and success measures.
Maintain and advance deep technical skills and knowledge, keeping up to date with market trends and competitive insights, and share within the technical community.
Be a Voice of Customer to share insights and best practices, connect with Engineering team to remove key blockers.
Understand the skills and interests of your team and work to best align Customer success with the success of the people you support.
Manage engineering commitments and effectively communicate gaps and timeline adjustments to stakeholders on a regular basis.
Minimum of bachelor's degree or 7+ years of relative experience.
2+ years of experience in leadership as a people manager or an engineering lead.
5+ years of experience delivering software solutions with a breadth of technical knowledge.
Proven track record of building relationships with people who have a diverse skill set, from senior architects to early-career engineers.
Ability to communicate effectively with executives, employees, partners, and communities.
Experience building and supporting reliable, scalable, and secure services using cloud-based technologies and industry patterns / best practices. Experience with Microsoft Azure services or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
Demonstrated success working across organizational or company boundaries.
Curiosity with a desire to continuously learn, share and collaborate to improve yourself, and your teammates.
Proven track record of building deep relationships with senior leadership teams and software engineers.
