About This Role:
The Product Delivery Manager collaborates with the business and works cross-functionally to lead the development of digital products, features, and capabilities within their domain. This individual is expected to clearly understand and communicate client problems and needs, business objectives, and desired product development outcomes across functions and teams.
Coordinate with business product management to understand customer and business needs for a variety of digital products and features. Transform these into requirements within the agile development methodology (e.g., epics and user stories).
Collaborate on and execute against the product roadmap for your development area.
Partner closely and collaboratively with business product management, design, digital experience, engineering, and other stakeholders to deliver product and business success.
Act as a scrum master leading development through agile rituals; prioritize and manage requirements and backlog.
Oversee a full-stack development team to produce stable and scalable products that meet all committed requirements.
Work with quality assurance to plan and implement testing to completely verify and validate all product capabilities as ready for release.
Analyze customer feedback, usage metrics, and other KPIs to identify and improve key customer pain points.
Job Requirements :
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Five years’ product management experience with software products.
Experience in driving elements of the product development lifecycle such as product roadmap, requirements, etc.
Experience in managing day-to-day technical and design direction.
The ability to influence multiple stakeholders not under your direct management.
