You will be a key enabler of an engagement, leading Microsoft consultants, offshore resources, and partner staff through successful delivery. You will act as an entrepreneur and as an evangelist internally and externally and will drive the value proposition of Data and Artificial Intelligence with every action you take.

  • Overall Responsibility for Project Delivery.

  • Scope Management & Change Control.

  • Schedule/Deliverable Management.

  • Staffing/Resource Management.

  • Issue and Risk Management.

  • Financial Management.

  • Contract Management (amendments/administration/subcontractor/invoices).

  • Status Documentation/Escalation Management.

  • Executive Relationship Management.

  • Project and Customer Communications Management (up/down/peers).

  • Pre-sales Activities (develop and review SOWs and cost estimates).

  • Process Improvement Initiatives and Mentoring



  • 5+ years of professional experience in an enterprise consulting services environment.

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience in a technical environment.

  • Excellent project management, communication, organization, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

  • Deep project management experience in a consulting organization and broad business and technology acumen.

  • Demonstrated ability to engage in senior level business and technology decision maker discussions related to agility, business value, and end to end technology projects.

  • Ability to travel 50 - 70%.

  • Fluent English verbal and written communications skills.

Secret Clearance: The successful candidate must have an active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance. Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. Failure to maintain or obtain the appropriate clearance and/or customer screening requirements may result in employment action up to and including termination.

Clearance Verification: This position requires successful verification of the stated security clearance to meet federal government customer requirements. You will be asked to provide clearance verification information prior to an offer of employment.


  • Minimum of a four-year degree (MIS or Technical degree preferred).

  • Experience using Agile methodology and an understanding of Business Intelligence, Databases, DataMart and Data Warehouses is desirable.

  • PMI PMP Certified Project Manager.

  • PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) Certified or Agile/Scrum Master Certification from industry recognized organization

Location/Travel: You may be based anywhere in the continental United States. You may need to travel as much as 50 - 70%, as the needs of the business demand.
