CTG's premier client in Cambridge, MA, has an assignment for a QA Document Coordinator! The successful candidate will verify the records room index against existing records. There is currently an excel spreadsheet created as a master list of all documents in the records room. The list needs to be verified and confirmed it is correct. The position will be responsible for comparing the document number, revision # and dates on the document to the excel spreadsheet for approximately 9k documents.

Major responsibilities of this position are:

  • Obtain information for the master spreadsheet and meta data needed in preparation for uploading the data into our Veeva QualityDocs system

  • Expected to see and determine through research of the document, and with subject matter experts, information regarding owning departments, owning site, etc.

  • Create a genealogy for all older records with the intent of all former document numbers being added into our eDMS


  • Records Room/Archive experience

  • Quality Systems

  • SOP writing

  • eDMS use and administrative experience

  • Project management skills

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Able to shift priorities and manage more than one project at a time

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time while comparing the index to the files on the shelves

This position pays on a W2 hourly basis (no C2C or 1099's).
