Sanofi Group Senior Director, Patient Support Services Platform Solutions in Cambridge, Massachusetts

The Senior Director, Patient Support Services (PSS) Platform Solutions will drive the transformation of Sanofi Specialty Care PSS across Therapeutic Areas through strategic and tactical leadership of platform development and projects and programs that will optimize the patient experience, improve productivity, and increase automation. Responsibility will span all applicable technology platforms including but not limited to PSS CRMs and Events Management tools.

The candidate must be solution-oriented, operationally savvy, creative, highly organized, flexible, and adept at working in a matrix environment, handling multiple projects with tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders. This will be a highly visible position interacting with many internal functional groups within Sanofi Genzyme, as well as external vendors. The position will report to the Head, of Patient Support Services Program Operations. The position will be based in Cambridge, MA.

Sanofi US is only considering candidates who are currently legally eligible to work in the U.S. Company-paid relocation benefits are being extended for this position.

Responsibilities Include :

  • Maintain a high degree of engagement with all PSS Leadership across Therapeutic Areas (TAs) and align on a digital roadmap, and the pull-through of innovative platform solutions that will enable best in class Patient Support Services

  • Partner with Digital to ensure pull-through of governance processes, ensure efficient use of enterprise resources, and driving priority enhancements and initiatives

  • Facilitate outcomes-focused operating models to define technical and digital challenges, documenting requirements and ensuring opportunities for efficiencies and economies of scale as appropriate across teams

  • Drive a holistic approach to platform evolution that addresses people, processes, and technology

  • Drive alignment with Reporting and Analytics colleagues to enable enhanced PPS reporting and insights

  • Partner with Training colleagues across TAs to ensure coordinated and effective pull-through of platform utilization

  • Partner with Head of Program Operations and Digital to establish qualitative and quantitative measures of effective utilization of platforms to measure business value

  • Partner with Head of PSS Innovation to ensure operational feasibility of proposed initiatives and solutions

  • Effectively track and communicate project status to stakeholders

  • Act as a cultural role model by demonstrating inclusive and supportive leadership qualities

  • Act as a champion of continuous improvement

Qualifications :

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required

  • Advanced Degree in Information Technology or closely related field is highly preferred

  • MBA Degree is preferred

  • A minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in the Biotech/Pharma industry is required

  • Working experience with Sales Force implementation is required

  • Experience with Sales Force Health Cloud is preferred

  • Experience with Veeva Events is required

  • Knowledge of Specialty Care market is preferred

  • Selected candidate will have a strong balance across Technical, Analytical, and Strategic Thinking

  • Current or recent experience with Scaled Agile Methodology is preferred

  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with all cross-functional groups across levels

  • Strong presentation skills and ability to influence without direct authority

  • Selected candidate will possess strong and proven Project Management skills

  • This position may require up to 20% overall travel
