We are seeking an experienced and versatile IC layout specialist to join our team of analog and mixed-signal designers. This role will contribute at every level of layout, from the transistor level to full chip floor planning, top-level interconnects, and work alongside teams developing SoC. We design low-noise sensor front-ends, ADCs, DACs, power conditioning, and more for challenging environments – from outer space to inside the human body. Technology nodes span from 180nm to 22nm and below.
This position does have the ability to be fully remote or hybrid in the office as well.
Required Qualifications:
BS with 6+ years of experience in CMOS and/or BiCMOS layout
MS with 4+ years of experience in CMOS and/or BiCMOS layout
Excellent understanding of device matching and parasitics
Full chip DRC and LVS
Mastery of Cadence Virtuoso Layout XL
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with GXL and EXL features
Scripting and automation to increase productivity
Place and Route of small to medium digital blocks
Experience with CMOS nodes at 22nm and below
Experience with SAR and pipeline ADCs
Experience with RF or high speed digital/broadband
Security Requirement:
