Help shape our customers security solutions

As a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer, you will sit at the heart of the sales process. You will be the technical evangelist supporting customers with the adoption of our products and services. You'll play a pivotal role, showing customers the value of our solutions and helping close sales.

As a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer - Enterprise Security, you will be responsible for:

  • Taking the technical lead on pre-sales activities to build additional revenue opportunities with new and existing customers

  • Providing consultative support to customers to help solve their challenges around next-generation security transformation

  • Collaborating with internal teams to influence the product roadmap using knowledge of customer requirements and business priorities

  • Being the internal and external technical evangelist for your solution portfolio to educate and shape sales opportunities

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, another related field or its equivalent.

  • Have proven technical pre-sales experience working in cloud security

  • Be passionate about new technologies and what it can do for customers

  • Be a self-starter, excited about working in an entrepreneurial, fast paced environment

  • Thrive on working collaboratively with customers and internal teams

  • Have experience of managing the technical opportunity sales cycle and influencing C-level stakeholders

  • Have working knowledge of Cloud Security, Identity Access Management and Remote Access
