Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience developing with Java, Python, XML, and templating tools.
Experience working with engineering, product management, or operations teams.
Experience working with customers by troubleshooting in a technical support capacity.
Basic networking, Linux, and systems skills.
Ability to translate complex product and technical concepts to non-technical and executive audiences.
Ability to self-start and work independently in a fast-moving environment.
Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organization skills.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

As a Solutions Engineer (SE), you will help drive the strategy for supporting some of our most strategic airline industry partners. You will leverage technical and interpersonal skills to find the best ways to balance business needs with technical constraints to develop solutions, lead implementation reviews, lead new product features, and help define our partner support roadmap.
In this role, you will implement and support customer integrations, and technical projects, including coding and the integration of partner platforms. You will also build deep expertise in the travel industry. You will support and lead new implementations, work closely with our partners, and improve product capabilities. You will support cross functional initiatives, engaging with Product Management and Engineering teams. You'll also consult with partners to identify needs and develop their upcoming business solutions.

Develop deep familiarity with the flights industry and domain knowledge.
Be the voice for our customers working with engineering to define product requirements and collaborate cross functionally to help develop them. Leverage implementation best practices and standards for Partner solutions.
Implement efficient solutions to complex technical problems for our customers, including design, coding, and deployment. Participate as an escalation point for an on-call support rotation.
Work closely with Flights Solutions Consultants to understand customer business needs. Identify opportunities to improve ability to scale and improve processes, and develop tools and utilities.
Configure, maintain and troubleshoot industry and custom data feeds. Build, test, and maintain integration code for Google Flight Search. Troubleshoot issues with code and integration.
