Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Seven years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

This position will drive and implement new analytic and reporting capabilities for the Infrastructure and Analytics team. This will include new capabilities that support data center infrastructure planning, such as new region selection & due diligence analytics as well as supporting data center expansion reporting, modeling, etc. This position will play a key role in the continuous improvement from a cost management and cost efficiency standpoint through the creation of cost analytics, modeling and visualization for data center infrastructure. This role will drive the automation of dashboards, KPI/Metrics and data archives, such as supporting the datacenter deployment end-to-end lead-time optimization and efficiency goals. This role will support the standardized and automated reporting requirements as well as ad-hoc analytics and project support.


  • Understands OCI business strategies and processes in order to create data analytics and capabilities that advance business requirements and goals. Translates data into actionable information for stakeholders.

  • Develops and maintains strong working relationships with stakeholders to drive alignment and ensure tool-sets meet ongoing requirements and business needs.

  • Successfully drives and implements the following capabilities for the Infrastructure and Analytics team in support of business strategies and key deliverables:

o Data Management and Analysis

o Data Automation, Visualization and BI Reporting

o Data Modeling & Decision Support

o Project Management

o Self-Serve & Archives

  • Drives assigned projects and meets milestones with tough and competing deadlines.

  • Focused on achieving metrics, and business goals. Provides valuable input into business strategies and makes recommendations for improvements. Drives continuous improvement within their span of control.

  • Collaborates with others in the Oracle cloud infrastructure, finance, sales and supply chain as needed.


  • Bachelor’s degree required -Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Finance, or related quantitative field.

  • 5 years previous analytics experience; excellent command of business drivers and relevant data sets (e.g. operations, financial, sales & cost, etc.) and comfortable with databases and analytical tools (e.g. SQL, Oracle,API’s, ETLs, etc.).

  • Strong and proven technical aptitude. Expertise with hands-on data analytics and modeling - MS Excel, MS Access.

  • Proven ability to work across all levels of the organization to provide actionable insights and facilitate use of information, dashboards, models, and metrics.

  • Ability to understand and communicate the business impact of data analysis and recommendations. Desire to understand the "why" behind the numbers and able to simply explain complex analytical models.

  • Is organized, detail-oriented and driven with the ability to prioritize multiple competing projects.

  • Strategic Thinker. Highly self-motivated. Operates with a sense of urgency.

  • Team player able to work with remote and globally dispersed teams.
