Smartvid.io Inc Technical Lead - Predictive Analytics & Customer Success in Cambridge, Massachusetts

The Role

We?re working on multiple projects with some of the world?s largest construction companies to use AI to give new insights into project risk.

These projects include building cutting-edge safety predictive analytics models based on our proprietary computer vision AI, as well as enterprise data from systems like Procore, Autodesk, Oracle, and others.

The metrics and outputs from these predictive models help reduce injury rates by predicting which projects are at highest risk of safety incidents.

This Technical Customer Success lead will be the point person working with our Predictive Analytics business lead on these multiple engagements as well as have other responsibilities based on their skills and experience.

The Responsibilities

Work with opportunities in pre and post sales stages to help with managing and executing technical aspects of successful deployments. Our product now has a large and growing set of APIs and also has a variety of data available from our AI engine for interesting and valuable insights from customer deployments.

As Technical Lead for Predictive Analytics & Customer Success, you will help to deliver the maximum value to our customers from the analytics our AI is able to achieve by helping to connect back end systems and to harvest data from our AI processes. This is an exciting area as you are at the frontier of harvesting data from existing construction and enterprise resource management systems to use in our industry-leading visual AI and predictive safety models.

With our larger accounts, you?ll help define and build a solution architecture to leverage Smartvid and potentially other 3rd party products.

You?ll work directly with our account executive and product teams to help provide guidance on customer needs. For example, data inputs and outputs are prioritized for inclusion in our standard API roadmap as we move to make them repeatable.

Additionally, more experienced candidates can also explore the opportunity to manage the customer success group as a whole as a player/coach.

The Qualifications

  • Experience in technical customer success, helping in production environments

  • Comfortable working with tools such as PowerBI, SQL, Python, APIs.

  • Experience with cloud environments particularly AWS

  • Education: Bachelor or Masters in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent industry experience

  • Work: >5 years work experience

  • Experience presenting to customers, defining solution architectures a plus
