iMedia Technology, Inc. IT Support Specialist in Centerville, Massachusetts

We?re a Managed Services Company looking for a full time, experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you can troubleshoot complex issues and have strong people skills. Even if you don?t know the answer to a technical problem, your critical thinking skills will help you find a solution. You will work as many as five support sessions daily, have strong documentation skills, and practice good time management. You demonstrate politeness, patience and understanding. You?re also good at adapting to new techniques and technologies and can evolve with the job role. You have experience with ticketing systems (ConnectWise) and remote-control technologies (Kaseya). You?re detail oriented and contribute to building process and procedures which reduce IT problems. Your job duties can vary though your primary role is supporting end users on our client?s networks. You will be involved in: Various business applications installation, updates, and troubleshooting. Cloud administration of M365 applications and accounts. Assist users with Azure Windows Virtual Desktops, endpoints, and connectivity. Windows server administration, group policy, user account management. Investigate performance issues with networks and computers. Assist users with new PC configuration, applications, remote access.
