Ideal candidate should have a diverse portfolio of work to present

- Our ideal candidate should have several years of UI/UX design experience. However, we are open to candidates at all levels, including new and recent grads. - Work well with Product Engineering as well as the Development team in creating UI/UX standards that both fit all technical requirements and usability requirements - Work closely with Product Management/Marketing on application use models and flows to ensure product adoption and a modern out of the box experience - Create next generation user interface and experience for Desktop, Web, and Mobile interfaces - Have some experience with HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS - particularly pertaining to modern web design standards - Familiarity and knowledge of wireframing and rapid prototyping tools - Passion for current and emerging UX/UI trends and a passion to drive change - Knowledge of current Desktop, Web, and Mobile standards including best practices for usability, accessibility, and mobility - Experience with CAD, Simulation/Analysis, and Server interfaces a plus

-Experience with working with end customer to understand key expectations
