POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for a Solution Delivery Leader - Supply Chain and R&D to join our team as a key leader in the transformation and growth of our businesses. This is a very exciting time to join and be part of Welch\'s and our Information Technology Leadership Team reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer. You will gain significant exposure, build strong relationships across all levels of our company in a very influential role as part of the IT Leadership and R&D/Supply Chain Leadership Teams. As part of the IT and R&D/Supply Chain Leadership Teams, you will provide hands-on leadership in the development and delivery of our transformational blueprint, technical roadmap and transformational growth initiatives in the areas of planning, sourcing, customer operations, manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, inventory management, product research, development, safety and quality. WHAT YOU\'LL DO: This position is a key member of the IT Leadership Team that provides strategic development, technical design and transformational delivery of our R&D, Quality and Supply Chain objectives. This includes both short and long-term systems strategies in support of our annual and strategic growth plans. Responsibilities include but not limited to: R&D/Supply Chain IT point of contact Business technology planning Portfolio management Project mobilization/management Change leadership Service delivery assurance Customer satisfaction Specific activities include: Develop and implement the R&D and Supply Chain portion of our Digital IT Roadmap Evaluate, select and lead implementation of industry best practices that may be leveraged to provide new value Develop/evaluate new project requests, return on investment and prioritization Develop annual IT budget and resource requirements to support business priorities/objectives Ensure approved projects are delivered and provide highest value to the business Identify, recommend and provide proper resourcing (business & IT) and skillsets in order to ensure project success Lead project change management efforts Lead delivery of complex projects to ensure they are on time, within budget and to customer expectations Validate new and existing IT services provided to our customers are optimal and meet ongoing business needs Resolve open issues with appropriate IT service areas owners WHAT YOU\'LL NEED: Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science or related field 15+ years of progressive IT experience with at least 5 years in a Supply Chain/R&D facing IT leadership role preferably within a \$1.0B + business IT management experience in a strong CPG manufacturing environment demonstrating a proven project and process management skill set Welch\'s believes that our differences make the difference, and we take pride in being an Equal Opportunity
