CVS Health Senior Manager Digital Messaging Product in Cumberland, Massachusetts
The Senior Manager Digital Messaging Product works closely with business & technology stakeholders to lead the pharmacy messaging strategy for multiple pharmacies within CVS Health. A successful candidate will be able to lead the technical product roadmap to support an omnichannel messaging strategy & work closely with engineering teams to develop new product capabilities from concept to successful delivery and adoption.Responsibilities:1. Help define our pharmacy platform strategy - Conduct product and competitive research to help shape both long and short term strategy while providing quick and clear value add to the business as it relates to email, text & push notifications.2. Translate business needs into innovative solutions - Work closely with our business team and other key partners to create a product vision, understand and help identify business value, understand required use cases and capabilities, and translate these into product requirements. Product managers play a critical role in creating alignment between engineering teams and stakeholders.3. Create a market-leading messaging experience across multiple channels (text, email, push) - Drive the definition and development of best-in-class capabilities that substantially enhance the consumer experience and address CVS’ strategic and financial objectives.4. Collaborate with engineering teams to help define their backlog & drive execution – Partner with project teams, vendors, development, analytics, systems specialists and other technical resources in this hands-on role driving products from inception to implementation5. Build and communicate the vision - This role will have high level exposure and require superior communication and presentation skills to deliver insights to stakeholders and team members, including executives.

- 5-8 years of experience in product development in a retail, healthcare, digital or regulated business setting (ideally using agile development methods to create/implement APIs, messaging systems, data-driven platforms, or other personalization technology).- 3+ years of experience with Agile processes, such as scrum, Kanban, and/or the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). - 3+ years of experience within consumer-facing messaging accounts with text / SMS, emails, or push notifications. Text messaging campaigns, email marketing or launch mobile apps experience. This is a remote opportunity with the ability to travel up to 10%.

- 8-10 years of experience in product development in a retail, healthcare, digital or regulated business setting (ideally using agile development methods to create/implement APIs, messaging systems, data-driven platforms, or other personalization technology).- AI / Machine Learning experience. -Track record of implementing new platform technologies in the messaging space including vendor selection, technical architecture, APIs & development of business rules to drive personalized content - Strong critical thinker who makes balanced, insightful decisions using outcome-based thinking in problem solving, asking probing questions and looking for underlying issues- Ability to effectively work with multiple teams within a highly collaborative environment. - Strong negotiation, organizational, management, analytical and people skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors)- Ability to maintain working relationships with all levels of the organization. - Broad understanding of core programming and computer science concepts- Experience in healthcare industry.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
