CT Clinical Applications Specialist - Product Validation & Testing (Temporary, Part-Time)
(This opportunity will expectedly be for a 2-month period, approximately 12 hours per week with the possibility of extension on hours and/or length)

NeuroLogica, a subsidiary of Samsung, is an award-winning medical imaging company where you can put your expertise to work as part of our world-class team of engineers, scientists, manufacturing, and support personnel; working with our clinical team to test new-to-market computed tomography products.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Work with clinical manager to conduct testing and use cases on computed tomography product. Receive training on system and then use system as a customer would by reviewing test cases and scenarios. This position is based out of our Danvers, MA Headquarters and is expected to be for an eight-week period.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned
Clinical Testing
Perform clinical workflow and clinical tests in order to identify potential issues and create solutions before they reach the customer; Communicate these to all relevant clinical and service staff
Update and complete comprehensive test procedures based on a clinical point-of-view
Suggest additional clinical scenarios to be performed
Run CT equipment to provide clinical feedback to clinical and engineering team with operation and documentation
Work individually and as part of the clinical team
Reporting and Administration
Complete testing and validation reports in a timely and professional manner
Conduct & Personal Development
Continuous personal development and keeping current knowledge in relevant field at all times
Represent NeuroLogica in a professional manner
Maintain a positive attitude and exhibit patience with system concerns or requests
Attend/complete all required training to perform this position
Manage time effectively; prioritize and make good business judgments and decisions in relationship to efficiency, effectiveness
Required to wear dosimeter when in direct contact with radiation emitting devices
Follow all company policies regarding COVID 19 screening and procedures

Education & experience
BA/BS, CT licensure or certification, and 3- 5 years of experience as a CT Technologist. Previous clinical applications or testing experience a plus but not required.
Willing to work flexible hours, if needed.
Valid driving license and satisfactory driving record is mandatory and background and drug testing (pre and post employment) is required
Must be a results oriented, team player, people person
Must be self-driven to optimize performance without the need for extensive supervision
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and work effectively in a demanding, fast paced environment
Must have and exhibit excellent presentation skills in small and large groups situations

Computer & Analytic skills
- Must be excellent with technology, able to present using a laptop and able demonstrate proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, Internet Explorer, and Google Chrome
Physical requirements
Regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds
Often required to Push/pull weights of over 100 pounds when setting up/dismantling trade shows and/or maneuvering Company equipment into place for display
Frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear
Interaction with x-ray devices; for this reason strict safety and tracking programs are in place, requiring the utilization of dose monitoring equipment either full time or as necessitated by situation
The noise level in the work environment is occasionally very loud.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception and Ability to adjust focus
