What You’ll Do:

  • Lead a team of programmatic and technical experts in capturing and growing our already significant scope in the Air Force strategic systems domain.

  • Use your expertise and understanding of the Air Force strategic community, mission operations, strategic weapons systems, and the contractor industrial base to define business strategies, the competitive landscape, and the investment needed to win and execute opportunities in 2020 and beyond.

  • Work across the business leads who execute the strategic portfolio (VP and Directors) to coordinate strategy and long-range planning.

  • Develop and maintain relationship with key decision makers within the Air Force, such that our strategies and investments are aligned with the Government’s need

  • Exercise creative thinking and ideation to advance our business performance

  • Deliver innovative, flexible, integrated solutions to meet customers changing business needs

  • Support and engage in programs, projects and practices that undergird our company culture and our strategy

  • Follow industry and department trends and developments to ensure company services are consistent with or superior to industry best practices.

What You’ll Need:

  • Secret Clearance, with the ability to upgrade to Top Secret

  • Expert understanding of STRATCOM or Global Strike Command operations

  • Excellent technical knowledge of NC3 systems

  • Excellent understanding of strategic deterrence mission and its technical and integration

  • challenges

  • Expertise and understanding of strategic deterrence community mission operations, strategic systems, and contractor industrial base

  • Strong knowledge of DOD acquisition process and policy

  • Relevant experience managing programs, project planning, monitor and controls in accordance with company policies, common processes, and contract terms and conditions

  • Expertise in assessing market and opportunity sets, developing business and capture strategies, and leading technical teams to position and win new opportunities

  • Development of accurate and complete Proposals and ROMs that are responsive to customer requests and achieve business objectives.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combined with 10 + years of relevant work experience; or Master’s Degree combined with 8 + years of relevant work experience to meet managerial expectations.
