The Associate Executive Reporting and Governance, Infrastructure is responsible for IT Infrastructure executive reporting and governance across entities, programs and towers to delivery consistent, comprehensive executive level content and context to key executive and regulatory forums. Drive execution of the key deliverables calendar from information gathering, multiple management reviews, approvals and ongoing improvements.
Ensure timely, accurate and audience appropriate IT Infrastructure reporting for executive forums, collaborating with tower leads, the metrics and reporting team and key stakeholders
Advance and support weekly and monthly governance forums, driving alignment across entities. Engage with participants to drive effective materials for productive discussions and actions
Drive identification and documentation of issues based on governance materials and discussions; ensure issues are incorporated into forums with continuity through closure
Oversee deliverables calendar and ensure that it is kept current and that corresponding activity is planned and executed for appropriate entities
Define, build and manage projects and programs to support establishment of new executive reporting requirements and ongoing improvements to the reporting, process and timeliness
Apply a “find once, fix many approach” to all activity, thinking critically to apply lessons learned, processes, standards, corrections across initiatives, tasks and entities.
Work at the leadership level to Influence and drive change across IT Infrastructure and to build a culture of risk excellence in reporting
Support executive leadership in meeting ad hoc needs for communication of key workstream activities
Provide program and project management to cross entity initiatives, in collaboration with tower leads and key stakeholders
Support the Chief of Staff by aligning infrastructure towers and resources to ensure compliance, employee engagement, communications, required reporting and governance
Improving collaboration across Infrastructure areas and lead process improvements and continue to make Santander a simpler place to work
- Bachelor's Degree; in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent field or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of experience in large corporate environment preferably financial services and IT Infrastructure industries
Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
Technical Knowledge required
Executive presence; ability to engage with all levels of the organization
Excellent written and oral communications
Excellent PowerPoint skills
Microsoft Office Tools
- Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing, and walking.
