Kforce's client, a Large Global Bank in Dorchester, MA is seeking a Mobility/AirWatch SME for a 100% remote position. This role is 6 months temp to perm.Responsibilities:

• Serves the public and fellow employees with professionalism, integrity, respect, and fairness in full accord with the letter and spirit of the company's Guiding Principles

• Supports customers by phone, email or walkup

• Performs OS updates to smartphone and other cellular devices

• Performs configuration setups on new cellular installations and works with users to answer any questions regarding the functionality of the device

• Provides education, training, information and assistance to users and other members in Information Technology

• For cellular equipment assignments, assures that current and new records are kept up to date; Any record requiring correction will be completed to assure accurate data

• Creates, updates, resolves support tickets in queue; Will escalate support tickets that will require additional time or expertise that may be required to resolve an issue

• Provides cellular reports to management

• Communicates with management regarding any problems, major incidents or reported outages

Manager Notes:

• Does not have to be system engineer but close enough in knowledge/experience to keep up in conversations

• Does not need to be CISCO certified but can be in front of a network diagram and not get lost

• Need someone who is not going to be opposed to admin duties such as reporting and analytics

• Be able to complete advanced configuration or set something up from scratch

• Leadership: this person would fill in as a team lead when the lead is not working/available

• Straddle all 3 aspects of the team and fit in anywhere as needed

• Good experience with aspects of AirWatch and managing/leadership qualities

• Looking for someone with a rich understanding of some of the underlying and related elements

Must Haves:

• Microsoft Intune

• VMware AirWatch

• Content manager

• Secure email gateway

• Ability to support a complicated email problem
