The HSC Specialist provides third level service support and knowledge transfer to the Siemens Healthcare Regional Units and business partners worldwide. This position reports to the HSC Manager within the Customer Services organization.

In your activities you will provide third levelservice support to the Siemens Healthcare Regional Units and business partnersworldwide for Dimension, Dimension Vista and our newest instrument platforms.
In addition to the Dimension and Dimension Vistasystems, youwill be working with our newest instrument platform and therefore you arewilling to learn about new software and hardware solutions
Youwill manage complex technical investigations using the ATS methodology toidentify potential product issues
Youwill collaborate with the Business Area to create and communicate interim andfinal solutions and you will disseminate relevant technical information via SKB
Youwill define customer account issues and lead cross-functional team to develop,execute and monitor action plan that may require an onsite visit
Youwill conduct knowledge transfer sessions including global calls and technicalexchange meetings and will lead knowledge transfer on new product introductionsand updates

You will be working with our newest instrument platformand therefore you are willing to learn about new software and hardwaresolutions
You are a self-starter and have a high-levelunderstanding of the system, including analysis of software files, to create specializedinvestigations to assess product conformity
You have proven troubleshooting and analyticalproblem-solving skills
You have demonstrated good documentation practices
You have an understanding of clinical laboratoryoperations with 3+ years of experience in Healthcare or an FDA regulatedindustry
You have very good presentation skills in the customer environment,and you show team orientation, communication skills and customer orientation
Required skills to have for thesuccess of this role
Bachelor’sdegree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Chemistry or other relatedScience/Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experiencerequired
Minimumof 5-8 years relevant experience in related field and successful demonstrationof key responsibilities, knowledge and skills
Willingto travel up to 20%
Locationcan be based out of Flanders NJ, Tarrytown NY, Walpole MA, or Newark DE sites;remote office location may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
