Sanofi Group Electronic Work Instruction (EWI) Document Senior Specialist in Framingham, Massachusetts
*Remote position to start with eventual transition to site or a combination of remote and site work*

Position Summary
Partner with manufacturing staff for enhancing and improving the manufacturing electronic work instruction (EWI) set as well as defines and develop the roadmap and strategy for revising and, rolling out future EWIs at 8NYA and other sites in the Sanofi network.
Core Responsibilities
Conducts complex document revisions and/or document management including electronic work instructions, manufacturing procedures and cross-functional procedures
Partners with site users to collect initial feedback after pilot of EWI at a new startup facility
Work with manufacturing SMEs and Managers to review EWI’s for gaps and missing multi-media
Coordinate with vendors and internal photographers to fill multi-media gaps
Edit and incorporate new media to the satisfaction of manufacturing leadership
Revise EWIs for inconsistencies and corrections
Lead GEMBA meetings to review new edits
Submit, manage and approve document change requests in GEODE workflows
Author a procedure for how to write, review and approve an EWI
Work with stakeholders to improve existing EWI implementations (new software, hardware, techniques, etc.)
Collect user feedback on finalized state of the EWI implementation, measure against initial user feedback
Basic Qualifications:
High School diploma/GED and 3-5 years experience working in a Document Control, Quality Systems, or cGMP environment, or, Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years experience working in a Document Control, Quality Systems, or cGMP environment.
