    What you’ll do

    The North American Solution Delivery organization develops the software and systems that organizes where millions of products will move around the globe to our stores each day.

  • Program Management for all Identity & Access Management (IAM) domains including structure, communications, stakeholder management, finances, and business change management

  • Works with key IAM team members to define, document and communicate program initiatives and outcomes

  • Defines and implements an effective program management model, leveraging an Agile methodology

  • Serves as a point of contact for escalations / follow ups both in and out of IT Security

  • Anticipating potential conflicts and proactively resolving them

  • Organizes the Program Steering Committee and is responsible for socialization of the overall program objectives and expectations

  • Works with Product Management, Product Owners and other stakeholders to ensure strategy and execution alignment.

  • Aggregates Domain Objectives and publishes them for visibility and transparency.

  • Encourages the collaboration between teams and System and Solution Architects, Engineering and operation teams.

  • Assists with economic decision-making by facilitating feature and capability estimation

  • Tracks and escalates impediments, manages risks and dependencies

  • Participates in Lean-Agile transformation, coaching leaders, teams and Scrum Masters in the new processes and mind-sets.

  • Serves the Scrum Master community as the primary escalation contact and is ready to do whatever is necessary to keep the team rolling.

  • Manages and optimizes the flow of value through the program using various tools such as Kanbans and information radiators (BVIRs)

  • Drives continuous improvement

  • Conducts performance appraisals of staff and provides career guidance through regular coaching

  • Managing and utilizing resources across projects

  • Managing stakeholders’ communication

  • Managing 4-6 Scrum Masters and Product Owners

    What you’ll need

    We want creative people that are familiar with the challenges of designing, developing, and deploying software in the cloud, especially Microsoft Azure, as we continue to modernize our business for decades to come.

  • 10-15 years of managing large programs, with an emphasis on IT Security

  • Domain knowledge of Identify and Access Management is required

  • Must clearly be able to demonstrate the following qualities:

  • Courage –must have the courage to say “no” sometimes in order to avoid over-committing the ART to too much work.

  • Facilitator – must be comfortable presenting in front of the team and management. They have an arsenal of tools and techniques to keep the participants interested and engaged.

  • Negotiator –understands that most things are not black and white. There are many shades of grey, where matters must be negotiated to achieve an agreement that is palatable to all parties involved.

  • Communicator – delivers messages with tact, being sensitive to how the message is received by the team or by management.

  • Lifelong learner –strives to build skills through continuous learning.

  • Recruitment and interviewing skills Exceptional Business Partnering skills across all Product lines/Product teams, multiple different Business functions and multiple different IT providers

  • Ability to handle very large workload sometimes generated by multiple value streams
