Your Role
We are looking for a talented Salesforce Developer to design world-class Salesforce applications for our evolving CRM requirements. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. This will involve meeting with project managers, analyzing project objectives, coding new Salesforce applications, creating customer workflows, maintaining user roles, and troubleshooting application errors.
To ensure success as a Salesforce Developer, you should have extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms, application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems. Ultimately, a top-class Salesforce Developer can create dynamic and scalable Salesforce applications that perfectly meet the evolving needs of the company.
What You’ll Do
Provide SFDC administration including advanced configuration such as managing custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, custom workflow, flows, process builders and approval processes. Understand all aspects of Salesforce.com configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including changes and potential system implications
Deep understanding of the SFDC products including Salesforce 1, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Platform , Tableau CRM and the App Exchange
Expertise in developing Lightning, Workflow components
Experience with JavaScript, JSON and developing integration processes using webservices API
Leads and influences technical direction for large-scale, highly complex technical initiatives and/or projects requiring integration of cross-functional systems. Provides technical guidance in evaluating applications systems
Ensure adoption and adherence to Salesforce.com governance framework and usage guidelines
Establish and implement best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, and data integrity
Collaborates with the business to prioritize key business/technical initiatives. Utilizes expert knowledge of the customers’ business to recommend solutions and ensures business and technology objectives are met and maintained. Understands user and process requirements and ensures those requirements can be achieved through high-quality deliverables
Familiar with Agile methodology, gather project requirements, build project plan, execute plan, supervise testing, and deploy project changes in Salesforce.com

Qualifications :
The Skills You Bring
Bachelor's Degree
6+ years as an experienced Salesforce.com platform developer
Hands on experience with General configuration, development of visual force pages, apex classes triggers of Salesforce, modern JavaScript, SOAP Services, REST Services, Lightning components and Lightning Web Components
Experience with at least 1 large Sales Cloud implementation.
Expertise with Tableau CRM and Einstein discovery models.
Experience with Informatica tool is preferred.
Expertise architecting scalable, performant solution in a highly customized salesforce org
Subscribe to fast-paced Agile principles with technical designs, iterative development, code reviews.
Ability to mentor junior developers on the team.
Keen attention to detail, ability to dive deep, and expert problem-solving skills
Salesforce.com Certifications such as: Admin 1 & 2, Developer, Sales Cloud Consultant, Solutions Architect
