Staples Sr eCommerce Product Analyst - Site Marketing in Framingham, Massachusetts
Are you ready to help lead an era-defining mission in the Customer Experience for the 5th largest eCommerce Retailer in North America? Staples is transforming its strategy, branding, and go-to-market. Our digital team, known as Staples Digital Solutions (SDS) is looking for high-energy individuals to join our growing team, who will be central in this transformation and help deliver a broad range of business solutions for customers through leading edge tools and technology.
Staples has a history of innovation – creating the Office Superstore category 30 years ago, launching eCommerce in 1998 as an early pioneer, and expanding to become the leader in powering the workplace. While the company has historically been known as a leading retailer, it has evolved into so much more, with its B2B delivery operations now making up more than half of the overall business, and featuring such services as managed printing, technology solutions and workplace design. The B2B division is being powered by our digital platforms, which we are constantly iterating to be as forward-thinking as possible.
Formerly a public S&P 500 company, Staples was acquired in 2017 by Sycamore Partners, who have transformed companies like Belk, Nine West, Stuart Weitzman, and Talbots. As a private company, Staples is accelerating its transformation and long-term strategy. This includes creating new businesses, redesigning our CX, and modernizing our technology stack - as well as the way we work, moving to a more agile environment. The future of Staples, Inc. will be digitally driven, with the SDS team leading the way as we look to create unique online experiences for businesses with curated products and services, showcasing our thought-leadership in workplace solutions as we help them along their journey to build a better company.
