Applied Materials Senior Memory Process or Process Integration Engineer in Gloucester, Massachusetts
Work with a team of marketing, technical, and engineering professionals to develop advanced ion implant solutions for Memory technologies.
Design and conduct experiments from start to finish working across multiple organizations internally and externally.
Collect and analyze data on complex process engineering experiments for a range of implant / plasma / new products.
Understand technology inflections in Memory and translate to process equipment requirements.
Write and file IP to protect developed integration implant solutions.
Work with leading semiconductor manufacturers to resolve complex process engineering problems for a range of implant / plasma / new products to address our customers' High Value Problems (HVP).
Develop technical / marketing collateral to promote advanced implant applications.
Plan and hold regular technical review meetings with customers in consultation with the manager.
Periodically provides formal customer training, technical workshops to customer meeting.
Excellent understanding of Memory technology and knowledge of process integration and device physics is required.
Good understanding of FEOL / BEOL processes. Knowledge of FEOL / BEOL equipment is a strong plus.
At least 5 years of experience in semiconductor processing as a lead process integration engineer or device engineer working on leading edge technology.
Advanced degree (M.S. / Ph.D) in Materials Science/ Electrical Engineering / Chemical Engineering/ Physics is required.
Excellent presentation skills, data analysis skills, and communication skill.
