Summary Job Description
This role requires a high degree of technical skill with communication and teamwork. The ideal candidate will have some experience working on and managing technical projects and have an excitement for business. Daily tools will consist of the Microsoft Office suite, proprietary technical platforms, online project management, our internal ticking system and more. You will also be responsible to make sure clients clearly understand your projects by properly defining, communicating, measuring, and reporting key aspects with them to ensure positive outcomes via or alongside the project manager.
Responsibilities
Works with both internal team and external clients to properly scope project requirements
Assists with project design, estimation and proposal
Performs project tasks and sees the project through to completion either solely or as a team
Prompts information gathering through collaboration to translate between technical and business partners
Weighs functional and budgetary details to properly scope and size project work
Acts as a liaison and translator between technical teams and client
Delegates additional resources on technical project overflow
Brings positivity and a team mentality to the project group
Acts as the central technical resource to proactively communicate important updates to the project team
Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years of relevant experience required
Excellent oral and written communication skills to provide superior internal and external customer service
A clear understanding of business processes and technical business functions
Capable of managing a variety of tasks and effectively assessing priority and urgency of each
Must possess the courage to speak your mind, the diplomacy to do so constructively, and the humility to accept when you?re wrong
Ability to work independently and within a team
Must be willing to speak up to identify changes that are in the best interest of the business
