The Test Publishing Administrator is on the staff of the Computer-Based Testing (CBT) Group. This individual works as a member of the Computer-Based Test (CBT) team with Quality Assurance staff, other Test Publishing Administrators, and team leaders to create and maintain content rich databases that support program specifications and works on multiple projects simultaneously. This individual is responsible for planning and completing assigned tasks in accordance with every deadline.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Builds and publishes computer-based exams according to customer specifications using proprietary and general use software tools

  • Ensures that the exam output matches the exam specifications

  • Works collaboratively with other departments and vendor partners to successfully accomplish goals and meet client driven deadlines

  • Creates and maintains documentation of discrepancies between exam performance and specifications

  • Monitors processes for effectiveness and efficiency and recommends modifications, as appropriate

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and document management skills

  • Proficiency with databases and Microsoft systems/software (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

  • Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology and software

  • Confidence in being able to easily learn new technical concepts

  • Demonstrated analytical, trouble-shooting, and problem-solving skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Driven to create high-quality, error-free work

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
