Program Sr Director

Our work depends on Program Sr Director joining our team to manage complex cloud-based projects and possess a deep understanding of cloud technologies and infrastructure. As a Program Sr Director, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction in AWS, Azure, OCI, and GCP cloud platforms hosted in FedRAMP and FedRAMP+ environments. You will be managing multiple projects and ensuring they are delivered on-time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of C1 PMO and customers.

HOW A PROGRAM SR DIRECTOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Develop and execute project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and that deliverables meet Government requirements.

• Works with the technical team to implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery and Continuous Deployment tools, automated testing, cloud, microservices, and container-based environments.

• Manage project risks and issues and ensure timely resolution.

• Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders.

• Manage the procurement and deployment of cloud infrastructure and services.

• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

• Develop and maintain relationships with CSPs and vendors.

• Coaches, mentors, motivates, and supervises project team members and influences them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Bachelor's degree program or business management or a related field. Strongly desired: Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 4 years of experience managing cloud-based projects.

• Experience managing projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies (Project Management Professional, Scrum Master, or similar certificates preferred).

• Deep understanding of cloud computing technologies and infrastructure.

• Knowledge of security and compliance requirements for cloud-based solutions.

• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Location: Hybrid, On Customer Site two days a week as needed by customer

• Secret Clearance with the ability to be cleared to the TS/SCI level.
