We have an opening for a Program Manager, with the preference of this position working from out Richmond, VA office, may also work for Atlanta, GA or any Eastern Anthem location. The Program Manager will be responsible for the development and ongoing management of one or more multi-year external client facing programs within a business unit. Program Manager will support may have responsibility for a piece of a larger enterprise/regional external client facing program. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinates and supports implementation of product initiatives through integrated portfolio of projects or initiatives including ISG refresh, Mid-Year ABCs, ABF, GM/GF, MEWA, and Transformational Product initiatives.

  • Ensures state level product deliverables are completed on time with high accuracy by utilizing the high level Enterprise plan created as basis and build out state specific schedules. Then proactively track against the plan/schedule and advise the product managers to prevent missed deadlines. This is not just soliciting and collecting current status from the Product Managers, but also looking ahead to prevent missed dates .

  • Ensure the population of critical product related documents (eg Foundational Decisions, etc) are posted on sharepoint site and assist with sharepoint site organization and administration.

  • Assist in the identification, resolution, and communication of product issues and ensure timely escalation of those Product issues. Works along with local product managers to manage and ensure resolution of state level product issues (i.e. benefit change set up in error) and drive implementation for the market.

  • Manage state specific product profile changes, update product owned data fields (SGA, HPCC, EPID, CDHP indicator, etc.), support product profile QA of product owned data elements and ensure data in PMT and PPT are in sync.

  • On projects, serve as Product SME/POC representing SG product ensuring intent is understood across all functional areas such as state level product business requirements, including established standards for market facing documents (i.e. ID cards, SOBs, etc.). Provides status, input/data, create PMT extracts or PMT reports to ensure product information for project team, and create scenarios needed as part of the test plan, as well as assist with testing. Assist with SOB/SBC, and EOC where help is needed.

  • Supports overall operational readiness of SG and ABF Product launches, benefit modifications and closing of product initiatives.

  • Requires a BA/BS degree; 5-7 years of external client facing experience in program/project management; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

  • Graduate degree preferred.

  • Project management certification preferred.
