Solutions Management Manager

Locations: IN-Indianapolis, MD-Baltimore , PA-Harrisburg, MA-Hingham, ME-Portland, NY-Syracuse, TX- Denison, GA-Atlanta

This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations. This position will take part in Elevance Health's hybrid work model which includes remote work and in-office collaboration. Depending on location and proximity to an NGS location will determine a hybrid schedule with the highest in-office commitment being 1-2 days in an office per week.

The Solutions Management Manager will be responsible for leading the planning strategy and implementation of growth initiatives for the National Government Services Business Process Solutions P&L segment. Serves as the single point of contact and subject matter expert on all aspects of planning, implementing, and managing operational, technical, and business partner interactions for enhancing existing programs and works together with Business Development to on strategies and transformational solutions to address complex challenges and identify new business opportunities.

How you will make an impact:

  • Oversees the daily activities supporting tactical execution of growth initiatives and management of long-term strategic growth initiatives including continuous improvement, new capability development, and innovative technologies

  • Develop appropriate, applicable, and responsive solutions by reviewing government documents and then analyze, translate and collaborate with the business unit to develop technical content for proposals, pilot opportunities, innovation recommendations and white papers

  • Maintains detailed knowledge of all current systems and services and understanding of evolving customer needs to support new business opportunities

  • Provides consultation and advice to business partners regarding benefits of innovation, analytics and strategic solutions

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 5 years experience in a related field, including minimum of 2 years experience in solutions management; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

  • This position is part of our NGS (National Government Services) division which, per CMS TDL 190275, requires foreign national applicants to meet the residency requirement of living in the United States for at least three of the past five years.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

  • Graduate degree and/or professional designation related to field preferred.

  • Project management experience preferred

  • Healthcare experience preferred

  • Passion for finding solutions to complex problems preferred

  • Experienced supporting the development of future strategic response and innovation options preferred.

  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills preferred

  • Ability to work effectively and communicate with people at all levels in an organization using written, oral, and visual mediums preferred.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $98,000 to $147,000
