Develop, lead and manage Solution Development team, 3rd party vendors and business partners
Define, plan and quantify new technological opportunities relating to development capabilities identifying current state, known gaps and planning for gap closure
Build and manage an overall project plan that can deliver expected results
Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, decisions, and change.
Communicate status of project health to appropriate audience (Program Manager, Business Partners)
Manage development resources and create capacity plan (ability to adjust and re-forecast when needed).
Solid understanding of Kendo UI ASP.NET for MVC, Entity Framework (EF), Dependency Injection (DI), AutoMapper, TFS, JIRA, Agile, SSRS, SSIS, WebAPI, LINQ, REST APIs with AJAX
Has full technical knowledge of all phases of application programming and works on the most complex applications and script development
Assists in developing, programming and documentation standards
Conduct functionality tests to check and prove accuracy and expected results
Document technical requirements and artifacts
Ensure all work activities meet team documentation, development, and change management standards
Identify and implement ideas for continuous improvement aligned with enhancing operational efficiency
Develop positive interpersonal relationships with business partners, analysts and IT.
Works closely with Managers and internal workgroups to assess business needs and provide feedback, insight and recommendations, translating appropriate business needs into technology solutions.
7+ years with full software development lifecycle using SQL Server designing databases.
7+ years demonstrated analytical experience in system development or process improvement.
7+ years application/interface experience.
5-10 years Leadership experience
