Incubation Program Manager

Our Incubation and Strategy team is at the heart of Dell Technologies future growth. It deals with a wide range of new emerging technology business opportunities, partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures. Providing leadership in Agile incubation initiatives which shape the future technology solutions for a wide array of market segments and thereby securing the leadership of Dell Technologies and the long-term growth objectives. They also keep us ahead of the curve by analyzing trends and developments in markets and technology before translating them into strategic operational plans.

What you’ll achieve

As a Program Manager on the Incubation team, you will assist in defining and execute the incubation lifecycle.

You will:

  • Assist the team in the definition and execution of the incubation lifecycle:

  • Define challenges to receive ideas

  • Brainstorm and finalize on the idea capture tool

  • Idea enrichment

  • Idea validation through defining a test plan

  • Idea voting and approval process

  • Jointly design end-to-end tools, reports, and executive dashboards

  • Drive program review cadence and heartbeat for end-to-end processes

  • Be goal-oriented, define and track on-time delivery to commitments, and drive continuous improvement to ensure team efficiency and productivity

  • Support and track key metrics, KPI, and OKR for the team.

  • Be an exceptional relationship builder, thrive on challenges, and drive innovative solutions where needed

Essential Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of working experience with at least 6-8 years in project and/or program management in a technology sector and specialization in building new processes

  • Capacity to interact with management and senior executives

  • Ability to quickly gather and analyze relevant information, develop an insightful opinion, and deliver through others

  • Flexibility to quickly adapt to new challenges and operate in periods of ambiguity – ability to convert ambiguity into structure and direction for self and team

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Innovation or Incubation experience
