This position is for a Sr. Analyst Product Manager, within the Platform and System Engineering (PSE), who will take on the role of product owner for IEO’s Developer Ready Infrastructure project (DRI).
DRI is a complete end to end dev/test environment, providing tools, services, and lab management needed for software development and test teams to be successful. DRI delivers lifecycle management tools, applications for team collaboration, asset management and reservation capability, as well as a staff that provides lab ops, net ops, and remote ops support. As part of the lab transformation initiative, DRI has been selected as the lab management tool that all ISG engineering teams to align.
As the DRI product owner, you will work closely with the product line test and development teams across ISG business units to understand their lab infrastructure needs and translate those into meaningful tasks for the PSE software developers. You will use Atlassian tools, such as Jira and Confluence, to document end user requirements, socialize them with the DRI Governance body, and prioritize and drive the completion of these requirements. You will work closely with all product lines to help them align to the lab transformation goal of all ISG team members using DRI for their lab infrastructure needs.
The DRI product owner plays a vital role in the success of DRI. The ideal candidate must be organized, possess strong leadership and influencing skills, exceptional communication skills, have a software engineering background, and a general understanding of Agile software development methodology.

Using a wealth of technical and industry experience, we work across functional areas to implement our products or solutions. We undertake thorough analysis of the markets to ensure we maximize profitability and adjust our product strategies to respond to competition. Our role also involves acting as subject matter experts for internal and external product events or partner meetings.
Be the voice of the customer by gaining a deep understanding user needs through research and analysis
Document end user requests in Jira backlog and prioritize backlog for the DRI scrum teams
Work with scrum masters to translate user needs into detailed requirements
Work with scrum masters and program managers to size development efforts
Own the DRI roadmap and work with the DRI Governance team to drive the DRI strategy
Promote DRI and deliver demonstrations to new users
Support the DRI scrum teams in every way possible to help them deliver the right content on time
Ability to work independently under little supervision

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and a structured, honest and rigorous thought process.
Proven track record of working cross-functionally in a highly collaborative innovation-driven environment.
Solid understanding of Agile software development methodology
3+ years in Engineering and/or Program/Product Management strongly desirable
Minimum of BS in Software Engineering strongly preferred
