Kforce Digital Customer Experience Solution Manager in Houston, Massachusetts

Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Internal Digital Customer Experience Solution Manager in support of our industry leading technology development client in Houston, TX. Summary:The Solution Manager for the Digital Customer Experience (DCE) cross sell and up sell will work closely with key business stakeholder to define a framework to be used across DCE solution tracks for promoting identified cross sell and up sell opportunities. This person will lead the analysis and definition of supported use cases in alignment with the roadmap across DCE solution tracks. Responsibilities

  • Analyze available lead management processes and solutions available

  • Define framework for use by DCE solution tracks for up sell and cross sell opportunities

  • Gain alignment with business stakeholders and DCE solution tracks on an implementation roadmap

  • Synthesize solution requirements from business, financial and industry acumen

  • Document and champion the value proposition and business case to bring innovative solutions to market

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or related field of study

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred

  • 10 years of product management experience preferred

  • Agile software development experience a plus

  • Understanding of lead management systems preferred

  • Knowledge of common use cases supported by HPE Support Center portal

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with a broad set of constituencies, from customer to C-level

  • Extensive team skills and ability to cross functionally drive/influence work through others for complex, ambiguous projects

  • Extensive skills in cost efficient solution building, financial performance metric creation and analysis

  • A high degree of adaptability and flexibility to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
