Lawrence General Hospital Systems Support Specialist in Lawrence, Massachusetts

The Systems Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting internal and external users who access LGH's Information Systems environment and its infrastructure. The candidate must be able to assist in troubleshooting advanced level computer issues that may surface in a complex Enterprise environment. He/she will work directly with end users, vendor technical support and internal IS resources to resolve OS, application and hardware related support requests.

Individual must be exceptionally resourceful, persistent, and collaborative in their approach to problem solving, troubleshooting and triaging computer hardware and software issues. Candidate must possess exceptional customer service skills with all methods of communication. Individual should be versatile, reliable, and highly motivated. Exceptional time management and multitasking skills are necessary. Prior Help Desk support in a large enterprise is a must. Candidate must possess a fundamental understanding of networking technologies and must be proficient with computer and printer technologies. Prior Health Care experiences a plus. Associate's degree in computer technologies or minimum of 3 years Help Desk experience required.
