Solidus Technical Solutions, Inc. DevOps Engineer in Lexington, Massachusetts

Solidus is looking for a DevOps engineer to be responsible for designing, implementing, and documenting workflows to build, test, and deliver software in a professional and repeatable manner. The ideal candidate will be proficient with Git and have experience automating DevOps workflows. This role will require working alongside a team of engineers daily so strong communications skills are a necessity. Requirements: - US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance - MS OR BS and at least 1 Certification; At least 8 years of applicable experience - Proficient with Linux and Windows system administration - especially networking - Experience with system virtualization platforms (vSphere, AWS, etc.) - Experience with version control tools - Experience writing shell scripts ? preferably Bash and/or PowerShell - Experience with continuous integration, deployment, release management tools, and configuration management tools (e.g. Jenkins, Bamboo, Vagrant, TeamCity, Ansible, Puppet etc.) Preferred: - Knowledgeable about cybersecurity - Previous work doing software integration - Previous work managing an ESX cluster - Proficient with Git - Previous work managing an ElasticSearch cluster - Experience with Container technologies such as Docker Applicants selected must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
