ASRC Federal Holding Company Integration and Test Engineer in LEXINGTON, Massachusetts

ASRC Federal Technical Services (ASTS) is seeking an Integration & Test Engineer. Position will support Integration and Test (I&T) activities at Lincoln Laboratory in Lexington, MA.

These activities include, but are not limited to activities related to building, maintaining and/or upgrading AEHF Universal Test Terminals (AUST-T), AEHF Satellite Simulators (SatSims), EPS Telemetry and Command Terminals (T&C-T), PTW Advanced Test Systems (PATS), and AEHF Calibration Facility-Interim Command & Control (ACF-IC2) Terminals. These support activities include the automation of tests for new incremental functionality, and the automation of tests for existing functionality (regression tests) and the resolution of anomalies that may arise. The vendor I&T engineers shall be able to configure and operate the AUST-T, SatSim, EPS T&CT, ACF-IC2, and PATS payload and terminal systems, and be able to quickly and accurately diagnose and resolve performance issues with those systems.

Position responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Provide on-site support of integration and test activities at government and/or contractor facilities using the MIT LL developed test terminals and payloads;

  • Configure and operate the MIT LL test terminals and payloads;

  • Quickly and accurately diagnose, maintain and resolve any performance issues with the test terminals and payloads;

  • Support anomaly resolution activities using (or of) the test terminals and payloads;

  • Assist in the logistics and the execution of maintaining and/or upgrading of the MIT LL developed test terminals and payloads.

  • Review, comment and assist in test planning, test documentation and test scheduling;

Experience, knowledge and familiarity with the AEHF, EPS, PATS, Protected Airborne Contested Environment Communication Relay (PACECR) and Evolved Strategis SatCom (ESS) programs is highly desirable. All engineers supporting this task must

REQUIREMENTS

  • § Demonstrated experience with test terminals, satellite simulators and telemetry command and control systems

  • § Experience, knowledge and familiarity with the AEHF, EPS, PATS, Protected Airborne Contested Environment Communication Relay (PACECR) and Evolved Strategic SatCom (ESS) programs

  • § Degree in related field desirable

  • § Position requires ability to travel

Position requires U.S. citizenship and an active Depart of Defense (DoD) SECRET level clearance.
