Position Summary

Our client’s technology needs are unique and so we are constantly on the look-out for outstanding consultants with different types and levels of expertise and knowledge who can uncover, untangle, and tackle the biggest challenges facing the industry. Depending on the role that is best suited to your background and interests, our Associates are responsible for project work stream delivery, work plan management, analytics, reporting and client interface/presentation and manage the work of Analysts. Managers provide client project delivery management, relationship management and team leadership. Directors provide client engagement delivery oversight, key relationship management, team leadership, business development, and program management.

Qualifications

  • U.S. work authorization required

  • Experience leading the system implementation of various Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, including at least one end to end full cycle implementation

  • Previous functional consulting experience with a consulting or software company

  • Preferred Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) certifications include the following: Benefits, Payroll, Global Human Resources, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Workforce Management, Compensation, Talent Management, or Recruiting

  • For Manager level: Institutional strategic planning; Project financial management; C-suite client relationship management and cradle to grave implementation experience

  • Willingness to travel up to 50%

The estimated base salary range for this job is $130,000 - $160,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $149,500 - $200,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
