CTG Health Solutions is in need of an Epic Client Systems Manager Administrator to assist in the implementation of Epic for our client in the Southeastern United States. The opportunity is an approximately one year REMOTE position with potential to be onsite briefly at the onset of the project. CTG Health Solutions has been given the opportunity to support this Epic implementation by our client which is a very large national non-profit provider of health services.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide system level administration for Epic install. Install, maintain, configure, and upgrade relevant Epic systems.

  • Establish the necessary baseline for system capacity planning and overall system performance.

  • Perform management actions involved with implementing Epic.

  • Document and create the necessary troubleshooting and update guides for various technical responsibilities.

  • Plan, configure and implement features that improve availability, response time, and monitoring of key system metrics.

Ability to work collaboratively/effectively with technical and non-technical members of the Epic team while embracing teamwork.

  • Participate in required change management process.

  • Willing to participate in knowledge sharing with other team members, and willing to mentor/train junior personnel.

  • Participate in technical support for our users.


  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Epic ECSM

  • Epic ECSM Certified

  • Familiarity with using various tools like lifecycle management, software distribution, software monitoring – like SCCM, SCOM, group policies.
